Refund Policy

Effective 29 July 2026, updated 26 September 2026 ยท Crivid AS, Norway

Try before you buy. Every Pro feature is unlocked free for seven days from the first time you open the app, with no card details and nothing to cancel. We would much rather you used the trial than needed this page.

Refunds for purchases in Google Play or the App Store

Pro is sold through Google Play and the App Store today. The store you bought it in processed the payment and handles the refund, because we never receive the charge ourselves.

Google Play
Request a refund in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, or contact us and we will support your request. Google applies its own time limits.
App Store
Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or contact us and we will support your request. Apple applies its own time limits.

If a store declines a refund you believe you are entitled to, write to us anyway. We will look at it.

To reach us, email hellothere@crivid.com with the store you bought it in and roughly when. If you like, tell us what went wrong. It helps us, but it is not required. We aim to reply within two business days. Crivid AS is a small company in Norway, so please allow for Norwegian public holidays.

If we sell Pro directly in the future

We do not sell Pro directly today. If we start, a purchase made directly from Crivid AS can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. The money goes back to the payment method you used, and Pro is deactivated.

Under Norwegian and EU consumer law, the statutory right of withdrawal on digital content can lapse once delivery begins with your express consent. We grant the 14 days regardless. It is simpler, and we would rather not argue about it.

What we cannot refund

We can only refund what you paid for the app. Crivid IPTV Player includes no channels or content, and we have no relationship with whatever source you use it with. That means we cannot refund, cancel or intervene in:

  • an IPTV or streaming subscription you bought from someone else
  • a media server, hosting or tuner purchase
  • anything else bought from a third party

If your source stops working, that is between you and whoever sold it to you. We will happily help you work out whether the problem is the app or the source. That part is support, and it is free.

If something is broken

A refund is always available on the terms above, but a bug is usually faster to fix than to refund. If the app misbehaves, tell us in Discord or by email. Several releases have come straight out of a single user report.

Your statutory rights

This policy adds to your rights as a consumer; it does not replace them. Where mandatory consumer law gives you more than this page does, that law applies. See also our Terms and Conditions.
